With a Ph.D. in Engineering, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.), he offers a unique perspective that spans technical engineering, legal consulting, and practical construction management.
Having performed over 40,000 foundation and structural inspections in the State of Texas, Dr. Manesh's experience covers residential, commercial, and industrial properties. His team has designed thousands of foundations and structures over the last 35 years.
